For the APD assessment you need a laptop or desktop and a set of wired headphones. For training and management sessions there is no special equipment, just Zoom, and people join from a laptop, phone or tablet.

Why are there two APD evaluation prices?
The evaluation for hearing device users takes less time, so it costs less.
What do I need before the APD assessment?
A hearing test from within the last 12 months, plus a laptop or desktop and a set of wired headphones. If you do not have a recent hearing test, I will point you in the right direction.
What equipment do training and management sessions need?
No special equipment, just Zoom. People join from a laptop, phone or tablet.
Can I spread the cost out?
Yes. Payment plans are available. Just ask on your free call.
Do you accept insurance?
No, but many plans allow you to submit out-of-network claims on your own. We can provide any documentation you need.
