Kaitlyn Lepore
Dr. Kaitlyn Lepore is a Doctor of Audiology with over a decade of clinical experience and a specialization in the conditions most clinics aren't equipped to treat: tinnitus, sound sensitivity, and auditory processing disorder. She founded Auditory Pathway to give patients a real path forward. It starts with a proper evaluation, and ends somewhere other than being told there's nothing more to be done.

A Specialist Built for the Cases Others Miss
Dr. Lepore earned her Doctor of Audiology from the University of Oklahoma. She has spent her career on both sides of the Atlantic: most recently as Senior Clinical Audiologist and Clinic Manager in Cork, Ireland, following seven years of clinical practice in New York. That breadth of experience has shaped a precise clinical focus: the patients who have been dismissed, misdiagnosed, or handed generic advice and sent home without answers.
Her approach to tinnitus, hyperacusis, misophonia, and APD draws on CBT-informed methods and the Buffalo Model, a diagnostic and treatment framework that starts at the phoneme level, where most providers never look. She holds ASHA certification (CCC-A), is a member of the Irish Academy of Audiology, and is actively registering with UK regulators. Auditory Pathway operates entirely via telehealth, meaning the specialty care she offers is available across the US, Ireland, and the UK without a referral, without a waiting room, and without the usual runaround.
