Dr. Kaitlyn Lepore is a Doctor of Audiology with over a decade of clinical experience and a specialization in the conditions most clinics aren't equipped to treat — tinnitus, sound sensitivity, and adult auditory processing disorder. She founded Auditory Pathway to give patients a real path forward: one that starts with a proper evaluation, and ends somewhere other than being told there's nothing more to be done.

Dr. Lepore earned her Doctor of Audiology from the University of Oklahoma and has spent her career working across both sides of the Atlantic — most recently as Senior Clinical Audiologist and Clinic Manager at Medico Audiology Services in Cork, Ireland, and previously across seven years of clinical practice in New York. That breadth of experience has shaped a precise clinical focus: the patients who have been dismissed, misdiagnosed, or handed generic advice and sent home without answers.
Her approach to tinnitus, hyperacusis, misophonia, and adult APD draws on CBT-informed methods and the Buffalo Model — a diagnostic and treatment framework that starts at the phoneme level, where most providers never look. She holds ASHA certification (CCC-A), is a member of the Irish Academy of Audiology, and is actively registering with UK regulators.
